Mumbai: You have tried really hard but you still have a few more inches to lose before you fit into your desired wedding dress. No worry, there is one simple way to knock off that extra fat without really working too hard: pamper yourself by rubbing in slimming wraps that aim to make you look sexier.

You can actually lose a few inches while getting pampered in a spa! Read on to find out how and where exactly you can enjoy these services.

At Myrah the chocolate slimming wrap sounds almost divine enough to eat. The treatment uses a range of products which have cocoa extract as the main ingredient. This helps toxic elimination, improves drainage and stimulates liposis of stubborn stored fat.

The treatment begins with application of a body peel -- cacao husk with circular movements on target area, which felicitates elimination of the dead cells.

Next, a cellulite ampoule is applied along with the reducing gel. A particular area of the body is further massaged with a massage crème with an anti-cellulite, and anti-oxidant effect.

Paromita Saha, General Manager Operations and Business development, says, "The massage strokes are strong and unique and aim to uplift and tone the loose fat and flesh into taut and trim shape. It is extremely beneficial for loose skin and cellulite on any part of the body, mainly the arms, thighs, hips and tummy. It is advisable to take about of 5/10 sessions of the treatment."

She further adds, "Using products made from a combination of algae, sea-weed and mud or clay, the treatment will help you get rid of toxins through metabolic stimulation. Among other things, shea butter and rich lotions are added in a hydrating treatment and geared towards softening your skin."

Club Oasis in Grand Hyatt offers a detox and engerising massage. Ram Chatterjee, spa manager at Club Oasis, Fitness and Spa, Grand Hyatt, says, "The massage technique involves certain strokes that not only increase the flow of fluids through the blood and lymph vessels, but also cause friction to work on the cellulite, to reduce the appearance of fat and aid in the elimination of excess fluids. The massage acts as a passive exercise. It also helps regain health, vitality, energy and eases away tension. It is recommended to have at least two massages a month for great results."

Iosis Medispa, offers a laxity treatment that works on specific areas of the body like the hip, thigh, arm, stomach. The therapist starts the treatment with a massager, which breaks down stubborn fat. A manual massage is given by the therapist and the treatment ends with a self-heating body wrap.

This 'sauna effect' body mask acts efficiently on cellulite, for an immediate slimming and smoothing effect and brings well-being and muscular relaxation, while eliminating toxins from the skin.
