Heard of these before — to stay fit, eliminate fat from your diet or to stay hungry lose weight first? Well, anutritionist and food lover have busted these regimes. In fact, for culinary instructor Tinu Shanghvi and nutritionist Suman Agarwal who have brought out their Don’t Diet Diet Cookbook there’s much you can enjoy without worrying about the weighing scale.

“I had some health problems and couldn’t find the right kind of diet. Then I came across Suman’s regime which worked and we soon decided to start cookingtogether,” explains Tinu.

The book has everything from a lean lasagna and a dhansaak to a Hyderabadi biryani that gives only four grams of fat per serving plus quick lunch wraps. Here are afew recipes for you to try.
