Says model and yoga expert Kasia Wierzbicka, "I have been practising yoga techniques for the past nine years. I think yoga tones the body and gives inner and outer glow of contentment,” she says.

1) Parivritti Janu Sirshasana

2) Naukasana
Benefits: Stimulates the muscular, digestive, circulatory, nervous and hormonal syatems, tones the organs and eliminates nervous tension.
3) Trikonasana

It improves digestion, activating intestinal peristalsis and alleviates constipation. It also strengthens the pelvic area and tones the reproductive organs. 4) Ekta Pada Pranamasana:
Benefits: Develops nervous
balance and strengthens the leg, ankle and foot muscles. Sharpens the focus and concentration.
5) Meru Akarshanasana
Benefits: Relaxes the hamstring, inner thighs and abdominal muscles and reduces weight on the thighs and hips.
