Jeweller Sidney Mobell, 84, set a single ruby into the chimney of each house, while hotels have sapphires. The £6,000 dice have 42 diamonds for number dots.
 
The board has only been played once since being made in 1989 - when Mobell challenged former PM Edward Heath, The Sun reports.
