Montblanc
Patron of Art Edition 4810 Henry E. Steinway

This is a worldwide limited edtion of 4810 and 888 pieces. The deep black lacquer and gold-plated fittings on the writing instrument are inspired by the Steinway & Sons grand piano. The gold-plated cap is designed in reference to the overstrung piano developed by Henry E. Steinway. The Steinway & Sons engraving on the cone ring and 750 solid gold nib with an engraving of his portrait complete this masterpiece. The Montblanc emblem on the cap is made of black and white precious resin.
This writing instrument will be available at exclusive Montblanc boutiques.

Montegrappa
Elvis Presley

Each pen possesses a resin body in a colour suggestive of each era, with silver accents also representative of the period. The fountain pen nibs are engraved with the full-height profile of Elvis at the microphone. Other details unique to each pen and the packaging also denote the specific stage of Elvis’ career, and is accompanied by a CD of Elvis’ Greatest Hits.
White was selected for the ultimate model in the quartet, representing 1973—the year of the ground-breaking Aloha From Hawaii broadcast, transmitted live via satellite on January 14, 1973 and seen by an estimated one billion people. This period was also noted for Elvis’ Las Vegas appearances, and his signature jumpsuits with gem-stone accents. The pen is set with stones on the cap’s band, and the pocket clip recalls Elvis’ message to his closely-knit band of friends: “TCB,” for “Taking Care of Business.” Montegrappa will produce 500 fountain pens, 500 roller balls and 973 ballpoint pens of this edition. The gold version will be released as 14 fountain pens, 14 rollerballs and 14 ballpoint pens, totalling 42 in honor of his age when he passed away in 1977.

Pelé Icons Pen Limited Edition

Two designs have been created for this edition. The Heritage edition features models with solid gold or solid silver trim. The top of the cap is shaped to represent a football, atop a crown that reads around its circumference ‘All Hail The King’. The colours of the Brazilian flag form the surface of the cap in yellow, with green surrounding the crown. Inspired by the original championship trophy, the spring-loaded clip features cabochons on each side.
The barrel of the Heritage version is finished in guilloché under translucent blue enamel to create the impression of Pelé’s familiar shorts, complete with a ‘notch’ at the bottom. The barrel’s blind cap matches his socks, finished with green-and-yellow stripes. At the nib end, the surface is etched with Pelé’s signature and the dates of 1958-1962-1970, the years Pelé won his three FIFA World Cups. Engraved on the nib is the classic image of Pelé’s ‘bicycle kick’, while the opposite end of the barrel is engraved with the individual serial number. The Heritage solid silver trim edition consists of 1283 fountain pens and 1283 rollerball pens representing the number of goals scored in his entire career, while the gold edition is limited to 10 fountain pens and 10 roller balls, signifying his jersey number.
