You’ve seen him on the GQ Collective cover and we are sure you were curious... DNA discovers supermodel Tony Luke’s pleasingly retrosexual style fundas.
1. I keep my hair short and so I don’t need to do too much; but when I do need to style, I prefer Schwarzkopf products.
2. I’m still the Tshirt-jean kinda guy and think the best casual do calls for a well-fitted T-shirt and some really hot jeans — always works!
3. I have always preferred a boot cut when it comes to my jeans and I still swear by its eternal sexiness. My favourites are the classics that Diesel and Zara make — just so amazingly fitting.
4. My tees are usually in blues or whites and while some call it boring, I call it being ‘classic’. I do switch to yellows on a beach, and let’s face it, there’s nothing hotter than a pair of yellow shorts on a sculpted guy on a beach.
5. Going formal, I’m all for the three-piece suit. I am not really a jacket person, but I do have some wonderfully fitted and tailored suits from Raymonds and Zara. My favourite however is a CUE suit by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna.
6. I do like Indian formals and have worn quite a few pieces that I really like. My faves however have to be a black sherwani by Narendra Kumar and another exquisite red and gold embroidered sherwani suit by Arjun Khanna.
7. I’m not the accessories kinda guy, but I must say that I don’t get too far without a really neat Calvin Klein sports bag that I own.
8. When it comes to shades, I’m all for FCUK and own quite a few. I’m really fond of a particular aviator-style model that I picked up in Dubai.
9. I’m quite particular about my shoes and own quite a few pairs from Zara. My prized possession however is a pair of boots from Jack and Jones that always complements my jeans perfectly.
10. Simply put, my style mantra is following the good old rules of being a guy, sticking to the basics and having my fun when I’m comfortable with it.
