The very mention of designer Prabal Gurung’s name brings to mind red carpet glamour, bold mountain colours, Himalayan landscape prints and deconstructed asymmetrical knits.

Not surprisingly in his Pre-fall 2018 outing, the New York-based designer dials up the shine yet again. The line features shiny separates teamed with neutral pieces and also strikes a beautiful balance between daywear and nightwear.

This off-shoulder pastel pink fully-sequinned number with a thigh-high slit is definitely on our wishlist. One can easily see it in multiple editorial shoots and also on Prabal’s myriad Bollywood muses. Our bets are on the petite and doe-eyed Alia Bhatt who’ll add that extra something to this metallic number. Clearly Pre-fall fantasises are made of such statement numbers.
