They say, ‘Age is just a number’ and these celebrities sure prove the adage true. Whether you take a look at Julia Roberts, Pamela Anderson or Jason Statham, none of these Hollywood stars let in on their years. They look just as stunning as they did a few decades ago and are going strong on the work front too. After Hrs rounds up all those who complete five decades in 2017.
Pamela Anderson
Pamela, best known for her role on Baywatch, turned 50 in July this year. Though she’s started dressing more conservatively recently, last year the model did a racy shoot for a luxury lingerie company Coco de Mer proving that she still has a killer bod.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban
Nicole turned 50 in June, followed by hubby Keith turning the same age in October. The actress who won an Emmy recently for Big Little Lies spent her big day with family. For his birthday, Nicole took to Facebook to wish him, “Happy birthday to my husband, best friend, lover, baby daddy and the greatest man in the world.”
Vin Diesel
The Fast & Furious star completed half-a-century in July and the cast of his famous film series went all out to wish him. With his latest movie raking in over $1 billion worldwide, Vin sure has had a successful year. Needless to add he looks as fit as ever.
Jason Statham
It’s hard to believe that the action hero who regularly performs his own stunts turned 50 this July. Jason has a list of successful films to his credit including The Expendables and more recently the Fast and Furious franchise. On the personal front, he and fiancée Rosie Huntington- Whiteley became parents to a baby boy this year.
Liev Schreiber
The Ray Donovan star turned 50 in October and hosted a big bash to celebrate the day. His former partner Naomi Watts with whom he has two kids, attended the party at the Public Theatre in New York City along with other known names. He has Woody Allen’s A Rainy Day in New York to look forward to next year.
Julia Roberts
The Pretty Woman star hated the fuss around her big day, telling InStyle magazine, “There’s nothing different about this birthday than any other one. Really, people? Are we still in that space? Did anyone ever go over this with George Clooney or Brad (Pitt) before their 50th birthdays?” The actress who has three kids with hubby Danny Moder received a positive response to her latest flick Wonder that released recently.
Jamie Foxx
Jamie had recently spoken about turning 50 (his birthday is on December 13) on Jimmy Kimmel Live. He said, “I don’t feel old. I still feel young and goofy.” The Django Unchained star added, “I’m going to go crazy. There’s an island. It’ll be a progression. You know, and down to like my real (friends). It’ll be like, family family family, okay y’all get out of here.”
