He has conceptualised a bespoke 9 course dining experience for Valentine’s Day at his “Chef’s Studio”. This is a private by-appointment room in the Palace wing of the hotel which caters to a guest list of royalty and top industrialists. Arriving by the hotel's Jaguar service (up to 15kms), you are ushered to the elegant dinner at the studio, a treat to be shared with your soul-mate. An intimate dining experience spanning Japanese and western cuisine, the studio indulges you in an interactive interface with a customize menu to suit your individual tastes, paired with Dom Perignon and drinks in tune to your menu. Delicately perched on the table will be personalized napkins, Versace designed Rosenthal dinnerware and long-stemmed glasses by Versace, Riedel wine goblets and Limoges porcelain, all handpicked by the chef himself.

Chef Himanshu Taneja, the executive chef of this beachfront property, sets up a delightful evening for you and your loved one.
