Remember The Best Job in the World contest by Tourism Queensland in 2009? Well, there's another contest just like that.
What's the job profile? Chief World Explorer who will travel the globe for one year visiting destinations, sharing experiences and creating content for Jauntaroo, a travel website, while earning a salary of $100,000.00!
September 15 is the last day to participate in the contest that asks those interested to, "create and upload a 60 second video explaining why they are the best person for the job."
From people showing off their social media skills, to showcasing all the places they've travelled, participating contestants are going all out to win this one. Hundreds of entries have been uploaded.

Desired Attributes:
Partial to naps and/or massages on pristine beaches
Eager to capture local cultures, foods and activities
Enduring of long, grueling flights to exotic destinations
Able to capture content and experiences that makes us smile
Always ready for adventure and new experiences
A naturally engaging, personable, outgoing and descriptive story teller
Comfortable on camera; using digital camera equipment
Respectful and humble both on and off on camera
Generous of spirit in helping others
Acts responsibly, professionally and ethically
Exhibits patience when faced with challenges
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong communication and writing abilities
Capturing digital photography and videos for webisodes
Aptitude with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
Extensive international travel for extended periods of time
Fulfill administrative responsibilities from a home office when not traveling
Schedule and coordinate with destinations on upcoming visits
Perform local “VolunTourism” activities Represent Jauntaroo as our global ambassador
Participate in Jauntaroo corporate and media events as required
50 semi-finalists will be selected by October 1. They will be asked to submit a second video, after which the winner will be selected from a list of five finalists who will be interviewed.
