'God' just can't get loans

New York: A man from Brooklyn whose first name is God is reportedly suing the credit-reporting agency Equifax as they incorrectly reported him that he had no financial history.

The Russian local whose full name is God Gazarov asserted that he had worked hard to get good credit to look good to lenders and this was frustrating, the New York Post reported.
Gazarov has claimed in the Brooklyn federal lawsuit that company refused to correct the problem after more than two years of anguished calls and correspondence.

He added that Equifax customer-service representative had suggested him that he should change his first name in order to resolve the issue.
