Robin Williams's daughter, Zelda Williams sent a social message on World Mental Health Day, encouraging people to fight depression.
The 25-year-old actress, took to Twitter recently, and wrote that mental health was often misrepresented, but could affect anybody and they needed to end the stigma.
She directed her followers towards "wonderful mental health charities" such as supportbarrow.org/ , http://www.afsp.org/ , http://www.narsad.org/ , http://www.hopeforthewarriors.org/ " and pressed on the importance of seeking help.
Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay. Mental illness is often misunderstood & misrepresented, but that's starting to change. Let's end the stigma.

The 63-year-old comedic actor, who had battled severe depression throughout his life, had committed suicide on August 11, 2014.
