Fathers have done more and much more to be merely called ‘breadwinners’. They have toiled and slogged while we comfortably enjoyed an abundance of leisure and luxury. We went out with our friends and relatives; they gave up on it all because they were busy working.

We shopped at the malls and designer stores; he repeated the only 2-3 pairs of jeans he owned because he was simply content with it. He did not regret any of this but one, he couldn’t spend enough time with his family because he was busy working for the sake of his family.

1. Bond by TV

If your father loves catching up with television whenever he has the time, hop on the couch and laugh out loud along with him. Binge-watch some of the most hilarious daddy-friendly shows on television and spend the kind of time he probably always wanted to spend with you!

2. Wine-loving and Conversations

Go ahead; tell your dad how much you love him, how much you miss him when he’s not around! Tell him what you think about the current state of affairs, tell him about that crazy time when you shopped at the sale and the ladies were fighting. Tell him about that silly crush you had on that boy down the street, share your insecurities with him. If you find it difficult to that over mere dinner, pop open that bottle of wine and start a conversation about the weather. After all, what better way to start a conversation than two glasses of wine and a heart that is full of emotions!

Looking at the present situation going out for dinner is a bit risky, so how about cooking some amazing Fathers’ Day dinner for your dad. Cook his favorite cuisines and indulge at the moment with some delicious food, wine, and conversations!
