Couture meets jewellery

Every year the Cannes red carpet becomes a mecca of haute couture and haute joaillerie. This year will see Amrapali once again making its presence felt on the glamourville.

With inspiration drawn from different Bollywood eras, stylissma Sonam Kapoor wears Amrapali in multiple ensembles in the L’Or Sunset Cannes Collection look book by L’Oréal Paris, which will be unveiled at Cannes.

Also, actress Vidya Balan brings India’s old world charm into the spotlight. Styled by Sabysachi, Vidya will bring to life a bygone era clad in her printed and organza Banarasi saris and plaited hairdos, accentuated by stunning statement pieces by Amrapali Jewels, including nose rings, hair ornaments, temple jewellery, bangles, tribal antique earrings and a spectacular Mughal-inspired antique choker.
