I like jewellery that’s subtle; so with a suit, I’ll wear a pair of understated cuffs and with a shirt, it will be a chain that has a cross. I don’t like wearing gold but I own a silver thumb ring that was gifted to me. I think men should underplay jewellery so that it doesn’t become the central focus of your look. Too much bling is a disaster unless you’re a rapper!

I think that jewellery on men looks weird. But I see a lot of male stars from movies and television wearing lots of rings, which I guess is because they are superstitious or they believe in gemology but that’s not my style. I’m most comfortable wearing a white shirt, jeans and shoes. What can I say…I’m an old school guy!

I’m more of an ‘ink boy’! I have lots of tattoos on my body so I consider them as an accessory rather than jewellery. But if you want to know my personal style in jewellery, I like to wear cuff links with black tie suits and waistcoats. My tip to anyone exploring their style would be to wear something that suits you, be it clothes or jewellery.

I think modern men should limit themselves from wearing a lot of jewellery. I personally wear brooches and I think they complement men really well. Indians are commonly seen wearing a chain around the neck or some rings. But it’s brooches and occasionally, an earring for me. My advice to those who are looking to style their accessories would be to get a good collection of brooches and earrings that are subtle.
