HUMOUROUS HAWKING

Stephen Hawking received much applause when he came on stage to present the Visual Effects award with Felicity Jones, who plays his onscreen wife in The Theory Of Everything. Following a standing ovation by the audience, Stephen revealed his humourous side. Felicity said she was honoured to present an award "with the only person more intelligent than Stephen Fry", following which Hawking replied back, "Yes, and better looking."

BUDAPEST SWEEPS AWARDS
The Grand Budapest Hotel was the big winner at the BAFTA taking home five prizes in total. The Wes Anderson movie won Original Screenplay, Original Music, Production Design, Costume Design and Make Up & Hair. Anderson however was unable to collect the prize for Best Original Screenplay, leaving Ralph Fiennes to claim it on his behalf.

LIP LOCKED
Stephen Fry and Cuba Gooding Jr shared a kiss on stage when the actor presented the Supporting Actress award. Though Stephen only recently tied the knot with his partner, Elliot Spencer, the kiss was done in jest. Fry went over to give actor Cuba Gooding, Jr, a kiss on the cheek, but the star turned his head at the end moment, causing them to lock lips. "Your lips are so soft!" exclaimed Cuba adding: "That's the first time I've kissed a member of the royal family."
