Many of us hate looking at the mirror, early in the morning, as our wake up shots are far from impressive. In fact, many of us look like something the cat dragged in and would rather hide beneath a cosy quilt that say cheese for a wee morning selfie. However, that's exactly what a host of celebs have been doing, following in the footsteps of singer Beyonce Knowles. The singer has spawned an avalanche of morning selfies from her song Flawless and this has probably egged on other celebs to hop on the Bedstagram bandwagon or morning selfie trend.

With T-shirts and merchandise already being sold bearing the song's slogans 'I woke up like dis' and 'flawless', the song and its message of feminine empowerment have become a sensation. While there are those who have dared to reveal their early morning selfie without any pancake, there are others who have been slammed for touching up.
Regardless of the authenticity of the pictures, it is a safe bet that they will not make you feel good about the crumpled, puffy mess that greets most of us upon our first glance in the mirror.
