Intrigued by the intricacy and the timelessness of each piece, Shaheen Abbas loves playing with jewellery, especially diamonds

Cone piece bracelet
This bracelet channelizes my inclination towards punk fashion—spikes have always been an inspiration since the trend began. And when crafted in fine jewellery they made for a standout piece. The bracelet is elegant yet wearable; it can be included in daily wear for lunch, dinner or office wear due to its versatility.

Filigree inspired earring
The diamond earring has its inspiration based in the Arabic jaalis. The silhouette and cut is dramatic yet trendy. The earrings emanate the mid-eastern charm and are best teamed with gowns and lehengas.

Arabic Jaal
These earrings are inspired by the mashrabiyas from the Saudi. They frame the face beautifully and are a great conversation starter, creating impact. To me it remains close because the journey of the Mashrabiyas collection began from this piece of jewellery. It teams really well with gowns and corset sarees.

Sapphire earring
One of the most elegant pieces from the entire collection, there are two things that stand out about this earring. One is the sapphire encrusted in the middle that lends an elegant charm and the second is the singe invisible fitting of the diamonds, which is so well encrusted that it gives the appearance of a single diamond.

Chaandbaali
This is an heirloom piece. Designed with love and emotion, this is something that I would love to wear and pass on to my daughter, when they grow vintage with time. The earrings are crafted in diamonds and pearls and can be teamed with most ethnic wear.
