A 98-year-old woman has moved into an old-age home to take care of her 80-year-old son.

Ada Keating moved into Liverpool's Moss View, a resident care home, a year after her eldest son Tom moved there.

In 2016, Tom required care and treatment and was moved to the home. He had never married and had always lived with Ada, according to British newspaper Liverpool Echo

Ada and her husband Harry had four children, namely Tom, Barbara, Margi and Janet. Janet died at the age of 13. Ada has worked as an auxiliary nurse at the former Mill Road hospital.

Tom is happy to see his mom around all day. " I am happy to see her around all day and spend time with her," he said.

Ada is also happy because people at the care home are really good and take good care of Tom.

Both of them spend the whole day together. They play games together or watch television. Ada goes down for dinner and sits with him for some while before going to bed. Apart from taking care of Tom, Ada also does needle work everyday.
