Please suggest a good shampoo to clear my scalp and also suggest a home remedy to get rid of grey hair. Can I apply amla juice to reduce the greying? —Aisha
I suggest you use a medicated anti-dandruff shampoo like 8X or Arcolane shampoo twice a week. For the grey hair, I suggest you start with vitamin B complex supplements. You can apply amla juice for the greying.
