After a rather busy weekend I earned some precious leisure time all to myself, had a scrumptious breakfast and then logged in to a just another social networking website.

Then, there pops in my long lost friend who is living the 'big American dream'. Even before we could get through the initial hellos, she excitedly mentioned about her more than amazing date that she had last night. Talk about a girl's impulsiveness here! She amused me like always with a pinch of her wit that she possesses, about the signs that her apparent 'hot' date showed her the previous night.

Now, what is it about these 'signs'? The curious bee that I am, I instantly asked everyone I knew online about what they felt about them, and, surprisingly, everybody agreed that such indicators do exist.

Playing with his visual senses is one of the signs that show that he might just be interested in you. OK, since guys are visual, it goes without saying that they stare at women whom they find attractive. So you don't have to respond in a weird way, just smile back girl! That works here.

The second one is him trying to give you more importance than ever and listening to each and every word you speak. Now, do I need to mention here that men hate being bored? OK, women don't prefer it either, but men detest it. So, remember, if he listens to you for more than five minutes that proves the man is interested.

Finally, he becoming friends with your close ones. Yes, it's hard to believe but true. Most men know that if you simply approach a woman and give her a "yes" or "no" question, you only have a 50/50 chance of her saying yes, or worse. Therefore, the clever guys are those who slowly gain access to your inner circle of friends because they know if your friends like them, they have a better chance with you.

To sum up, it comes down to you finally, 'cause noticing these signs and responding to them is completely your prerogative. Like they say, the ball is always in our court -- actually it is!
