Women, youth & farmers - 3 point agenda in Rajasthan

Women, youth and farmers were the main points of focus in Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje's address on the first day of her 40-day Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra.

Stressing that the welfare of the women is a priority with her government, Raje came out with a new slogan: "We are with you: Bachpan se lekar budhape tak."

She thanked PM Narendra Modi for Ujjwala scheme which offers cooking gas connections to women.

For the youth, she said 78,000 recruitments have already been made by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) while 28,000 more are being worked on.

She also addressed the farming community and reminded them how under the leadership of PM Modi the minimum support price for procurement of crops has been hiked by 1.5 times.
