We all belong to one team: Sachin Pilot dismisses friction with seniors

“We all are members of one team,” said PCC chief Sachin Pilot during Q&A conversation on Twitter that saw tweeples fielding questions on similar lines where everyone seemed eager to know about his equation with the seniors in the party. Prompt in his reply, he dismissed having any friction with leaders like CP Joshi and Ashok Gehlot . 

Pilot also spoke about various issues relevant to the state right from farmers’ suicides to merger of schools by the government to law and order, and unemployment.

Hum sab ek hee team key log hain,” Pilot said, maintaining that all is well within the party and added that if the leaders were not united, then the party would not have been strong. To support his statement, he mentioned that in last four years the results of by-elections in 20 assembly seats out of 22 were in favour of the Congress.

He said that people across segments have supported the party in various by-elections and mentioned that he has been lucky as the president of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee as he has had enjoyed support and cooperation of the party leaders. Pilot added that it was his responsibility to take benefit of the experience of leaders who have invested several years in the party.

Training guns on the BJP, Pilot said that the party remained without president for 74 days and attributed the difference between the state BJP and the Centre over the delay. 

Replying to various question asked on Twitter, Pilot said that agriculture crisis was one of the most important issue in the state and he also termed the increasing figures of unemployment as historic and said that the government has failed to solve the issue.
