Vasundhara Raje’s Gaurav Yatra: Focus shifts to Kota, now

Ministers, partymen start arriving at Kota division to oversee arrangements for the yatra set to begin from Sept 14

Chief minister Vasundhara Raje’s Gaurav Yatra will be in Kota division starting from September 14 and will end on September 17. 

This division is also the home division of chief minister Raje who is MLA from Jhalrapatan which comes in Kota division.

The BJP leaders of Hadauti region have become active while senior ministers in the government like Prabhulal Saini and those ministers who are from Haduti region in the Assembly are monitoring the arrangements.

Raje’s trusted party leader Shyam Sundar Sharma who is also party incharge of Kota, MP of Kota Om Birla and other leaders have been making arrangements for the public meetings and welcome ceremonies for the chief minister during the tenure of yatra in Kota division.

The yatra also becomes important because BJP national president, Amit Shah will be coming to Kota on September 22 and therefore the party will need to focus on his visit too.

The Gaurav Yatra, like always will commence with a temple visit by the chief minister. In Kota division the yatra will start after the CM performs puja and darshan of Kyasara Mahadev temple in Dug Assembly area on September 14.

Chief minister will thereafter address a public meeting at Dug and will also address two more public meetings, one in Ramganj Mandi and another in Iklera in Manoharthana constituency.

It will be at Iklera that Raje will go on rath and will proceed to Manoharthana by rath. The yatra will come to Jhalrapatan the same night where Raje will stay for the night in her constituency. 

The locals are excited over her visit and are feeling proud that their MLA is the chief minister of the state.  The party leaders have arranged welcome ceremony here in which large number of local people will be participating.

According to the schedule, during these four days the Yatra will travel for about 500 km’s in 17 Assembly areas and Raje will address 12 public meetings.

ROADMAP

Chief minister Vasundhara Raje will reach Dag Assembly from Kyasara Mahadev temple via helicopter. She will go to Ramganj Mandi and Iklera by helicopter. From Iklera Raje will go on rath and proceed to Manoharthana by rath. Yatra will reach Jhalrapatan the same night where Raje will stay for a night in her constituency.
