One of the biggest solar energy firms is set to go under hammer. Messrs. Corporate Ispat LOS Private Limited owes Rs 70 lakh to the state government. The district administration has issued several notices to the company for recovery but the company didn’t make any effort to clear dues. Recently, the local administration even attached its property even that failed to compel the company.

The district collector KC meena then constituted a committee that was headed by SDM Renu Saini, which went to the company’s plant today at Nokh-Bikampur road and prepared an assessment report of the material lying there. After receiving the report the collector will move forward with the auction process. The company set up the 50 MW solar power plant a few years ago but was unable to break even the plant was closed in 2012-13.
