This time due to Assembly elections the government employees are on duty but the private employees and professionals are planning holidays.
It has been less than a month that the festive season rush in trains got over and now it is time for winter break rush. The Railways has therefore decided to once again increase the coaches in 19 trains for a period of almost a month. These coaches will be of air condition category.
Normally during the December month both the employees of private companies and government want to avail their LTA and make travel plans. This time due to Assembly elections the government employees are on duty but the private employees and professionals are planning holidays.
The Railways has increased one executive category coach in Jaipur Delhi Sarai Rohilla double decker express between December 1-31. The passengers boarding train from Gandhi Nagar, Alwar and Gurgaon will get the benefit of this.
NWR has also increased one second cum third AC coach in Jaipur Lucknow tri-weekly express. This extension will be between the period of December 3-31. With this increase the passengers travelling between Jaipur and Lucknow from Dausa, Bharatpur and other places will benefit and it will make available 56 berths. Similarly one, third AC coach has been added from December 1-31 in Jaipur Jodhpur Superfast express.
A lot of tourists including foreigners have bookings in Jodhpur and further to Jaisalmer during this time. The additional coach will indeed be a convenience to such tourists and general passengers.
One third AC coach has also been added in Jaipur Kamakhya express between December 3 and December 24. It will give additional 64 berths to the passengers travelling between Jaipur and Kamakhya. For the convenience of tourists and other passengers one third AC coach is being increased in Ajmer Agra Fort superfast express also. The train connects two tourist places namely Jaipur and Agra and there are a lot of passengers who go from Jaipur to see Taj Mahal and travel from Agra to spend holidays in Jaipur and Ajmer.
