There is no stopping when it comes to following your passion and pulling off the impossible. Seems like that this man from city, Trilok Kumar Swami, certainly believes in the famous phrase ‘Impossible Is Nothing’ as he not only attempted, bit also ended up making a record of cycling for 24 hours in a single take.

During his journey on the cycle, Swami completed an incredible distance of 610 kms. He started his journey at 6:30am on Saturday from the Amar Jawan Jyoti on the Janpath in Jaipur, and completed the ride at the same time and same spot on Sunday morning. Known as a Provelo (a professional cyclist) in Indian Cycling Circuit, Swami is a part of senior cycling team of Rajasthan and has managed to secure two records in his name. First, he completed the Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra and Jaipur) in January 2017, which is very famous among bikers and cyclists. “On that track, I cycled for 708 kms in 35 hours 15 minutes and 15 seconds,” he tells DNA after completing his daylong lap.

In the same year, Swami added another feather to his cap with fastest 100km of travel on his bicycle. He had travelled from Jaipur to Dausa in 2 hours 31 minutes and 21 seconds on this trip.

A resident of Sirsi Road, Jhotwara, Trilok Kumar Swami is now preparing for national championships to be held in Haryana in October-November this year. Notably, Swami is a working professional and was an aspiring chartered accountant 4 years back. He is also into technology as he has worked as a web designer too. It was just a few years back when Swami, like his family, opted to be an athlete and finally went for cycling. To maintain fitness, Trilok Kumar Swami works on his body 3-4 hours a day in which, he says, working on core and strength is very important.
