Amit Shah will tour the state during this time & will flag off CM’s yatra on August 4
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will organise various organisational programmes for two months with a view to kicking off its election campaign.
Meanwhile, BJP national president Amit Shah will also be touring the state during this time and will flag off Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje’s Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra on August 4. After this, Shah will again visit Rajasthan in September.
In the meeting of the BJP State Work Committee held last week, two-month organisational programmes of BJP were decided. According to sources, while addressing the concluding function of the Working Committee meeting, National President Amit Shah had instructed the state BJP to organise various programmes.
Shah had said that he would be involved in one or two programmes. All organisational programmes will be organised in August and September. Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje will start the Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra on August 4. The BJP organization will also hold various organisational programmes with the preparation of the yatra.
According to sources, the conference of conveners of the party’s Shakti Kendra unit of every two Lok Sabha constituencies will be organised. The conference will also include state and central office-bearers, MPs and legislators.
The BJP has set up a Shakti Kendra unit at each six to 10 booths. Similarly, separate conferences will be organised at the Mahila Morcha, Yuva Morcha, Vypar Prakosth and other frontal organisations at each mandal level. A big conference of public representatives will also be organised at the state level. Amit Shah will visit Udaipur to flag off the Chief Minister’s Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra on August 4. According to sources, Shah will address the conference of the convener of Shakti Kendra in September.
The BJP has started preparations for this. National Joint Secretary(organisation) V Satish, who took a meeting of Ajmer BJP on Thursday gave information about various organisational programmes.
Slew Of Confs
All organisational programmes will be held in the months of August and September.
