Rahul Gandhi to reward Shakti Project performers with post in party

Congress president Rahul Gandhi will felicitate 10 best performing leaders who enrolled highest number of workers under Shakti Project, an initiative launched by party to connect grassroots workers in March this year. Nearly 5.75 lakh workers have been added under the project till date which is the highest in the country comparing to other states.

“The party high command mandated that best performing leaders will get a chance to meet and have a dialogue with Rahul. For the same, 10 leaders have been identified who worked hard for the project and added highest number of workers. They will be felicitated in New Delhi on Saturday,” said Vishal Meena, Congress state coordinator of Data Analytics cell. The 10 best performers are- Rajendra Sen (13341 in Kishanpole), Vijay Singh (10281 in Nadbai), Jitendra Singh (7984 in Chittorgarh), Mustaq khan (3755 in Churu), Sabir Hussain (3714 in Nagaur), Shauqat Khan (3262 in Jaisalmer), Ved Prakash (3372 in Laxmangarh), Bhimashan (2540 in Virat Nagar), Prdhyuman Singh (2375 in Bhilwara), and Mularam (2312 in Bikaner).

At the time of launching the event the party had promised that along with a meet with Rahul, the best performers will be rewarded with a post in the party.
