Pvt varsity student dies, kin smell rat

A student of a private management university in Jaipur died under suspicious conditions on Saturday. The deceased Stanley from Kerala was a final year MBA student. He was admitted to a private hospital for some time. Even as the university authorities said the student died of a “heart attack”, relatives smelt a rat. They alleged that he was brutally beaten up. A case has been registered at Chandwaji police station.

It is being reported that the deceased was assaulted by students of a separate department at the university a couple of days back. He had received head injuries and developed a clot which was being treated at the hospital. The authorities, meanwhile, maintained silence over the issue as investigations were on.
