Now, private companies try hands in dairy business in Jaipur

The growing demand for dairy products has led many private companies to venture into the dairy field in the city. Now, Rajendra & Ursula Joshi Food Industries Pvt. Limited (Rufil) has launched its unique cafe concept dairy parlor in the city. Rufilios has been launched in the Chitrakoot locality of Vaishali Nagar in the city.

This café aims to showcase the company’s milk and milk products of world-class purity and quality that are inspired by Swiss technology. The café is focused on serving exotic milkshakes, premium ice creams and quick service food items to tickle every palate.

“We plan to launch more such cafes in the city in days to come. These cafes will highlight our products and set a new trend in Jaipur. Our aim is to serve a tasty, high-quality product made in the most hygienic way so that our customers can enjoy the whole experience at Rufilios,” said  Abhishek Joshi, MD, Rufil.

The Switzerland-based scientist Dr Rajendra Kumar Joshi and his wife Ursula Joshi (RUJ Group) set up their dream project by establishing a dairy processing unit in Mahindra World City, Jaipur. Rufil is expanding fast as today it has more than 25 distributors in and outside Jaipur and the company plans to cover entire Rajasthan by the end of 2019.
