RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, who is on a 10-day Pravas in state, reached Jaipur from Nagaur on Thursday night. Earlier, Bhagwat met Nimbark Acharya Shreeji Shyam Sharan Devacharya of the famous Nimbark Peeth of the Salamabad where they discussed Ram Mandir and the present social scenario and other issues.
Bhagwat will be in Jaipur till September 30 and will hold a meeting of the office-bearers of the organisation’s prachar vibhag at Bharti Bhawan on Friday. Apart from this, he will also meet the representatives of different sections of the society. The RSS chief left for Jaipur from Nagaur on Thursday morning and on the way, he met Shriji Maharaj of Salemabad. Minister of State for education Vasudev Devanani was also present. Bhagwat, during his two-hour meeting with Shriji Maharaj, discussed the current situation of the country.
“We discussed Ram Mandir issue, ways to unite all sections of the society and nationalism,” Shriji Maharaj said.
Bhagwat made a one-hour stop at Kishangarh, where he met marble traders. During his four-day Jaipur Pravas, Bhagwat will address the Matra Shakti Sammelan on September 28. The RSS will conduct the Matra Shakti Sammelan of Rajasthan region. The conference will cover 300 selected women from the state. RSS’s women wing Rashtriya Sevika Samiti and women working in the social sector will be included. Bhagwat will address the concluding session of the National Conference of the Saksham organisation working for the Divayangs on September 30.
After this programme, he will leave for Nagpur in the evening. Significantly, Bhagwat reached Jodhpur on September 21 on a 10-day Pravas in the state. After this, he stayed in Nagaur for five days and addressed various organizational meetings and programmes.
