Jaipur: Show of strength by aspirants

The roadshow of Congress president Rahul Gandhi was not only a show of strength of the party in Jaipur which is considered a fort of BJP, but also of the leaders who are aspiring for party ticket

As the roadshow moved from airport to Ram Niwas Bagh at several places the leaders rushed towards the bus carrying Gandhi to greet him and at the same give him their bio-data, which had details of the works done by the leaders and is considered as the first step towards getting a ticket.

At the airport too, the party leaders and workers were carrying posters and banners etc which had the pictures local leaders along with Gandhi.

Congress leaders like Amin Kagzi who had last time contested from Kishanpol were present at the airport. There was vehicle moving across which had been bearing the poster of Amin Kagzi near the airport. Large number of supporters of Babulal Nagar, former minister and Congress leader from Dudu were also making their presence felt. Nagar was also seeing controlling the party workers at the airport. There were a large number of leaders present from rural areas of the district, who are also aspiring for the party ticket.
