Senior BJP leader and MLA from Sanganer, Ghanshyam Tiwari once again raised the question of arrangement for not allowing him to put his amendment proposal on the Governor’s address.

Tiwari, raised the point of arrangement to allow him speak as per the rule 15 and requested the chair but to no avail, and subsequently he boycotted the house. Uproar prevailed in the house for next 15 minutes over the matter even after Tiwari had left.

Tiwari, during the discussion over the Governor’s address, suddenly stood up and addressing the chair said that he had given amendment proposal on the Governor’s address and since then three days have passed, but still he wasn’t allowed to speak in the house. Tiwari said that he is left with two options- either staging a dharna in the house or walk out. Deputy speaker Rao Rajendra Singh, who was chairing the house, requested Tiwari to sit down but he left the house declaring his boycott as a note of protest saying that he was being humiliated deliberately.

After Tiwari’s boycott, Rajendra Rathore, parliamentary affairs minister said that Tiwari himself doesn’t have any intention to put his views and he condemned Tiwari’s action.

Nawalgarh MLA Rajkumar Sharma and Lunkarnasar MLA Manikchand Surana came in support of Tiwari and said that he should have been given a chance to speak on the very first day.

On the request of Rathore, Rao Rajendra Singh informed the house that Tiwari’s name was in the list of speakers, but he left the house before the chair invited him.
