DJ plays loud music, cop beaten up for stopping him

Late on Tuesday night, a cop of Shastri Nagar police station was beaten and even stones were pelted at the police team when the cops tried to stop a DJ from playing loud music. The police has arrested two men in the matter. 

“Around 2 AM the police control room, received a phone call, wherein locals from Mahatma Gandhi colony at Bandha Baati area complained that songs were being played loudly in one of the houses. A team was dispatched to stop the music. A mahila sangeet program was going on where the music was being played. The locals had objected to loud music but a few men from the house identified as Mohsin and Abdul Razzaq, bad mouthed people after which the locals informed the police control room. The police team tried to talk to the family to stop playing loud music, however Mohasin and Abdul started throwing stones at the cops. The change in situation was notified to the control room and immediately additional forces were rushed to the spot after which Abdul and Mohsin were arrested from the house. Head constable Jai Singh sustained injuries and has been admitted to hospital and is undergoing treatment. A case in the matter has been registered and further action is being taken.
