Devotees of Baba Bajrang Das set to realise his dream

The devotees of Baba Bajrang Das have taken a pledge to complete the 3km path of Bajrang valley in Mandpur Gendoli.

Baba Bajrang Das has had a powerful influence and this can be gauged from the fact that his devotees have decided to take up the unfinished task that he started years back and realise his dream. The devotees of Baba Bajrang Das have taken a pledge to complete the 3km path of Bajrang valley in Mandpur Gendoli. 

Baba had started this work in 20 years ago by earning one or two rupees. Now, after his death, his devotees have decide to volunteer for completing the work. 

They took the decision on the occasion of first Guru Poornima after Baba’s death. Baba Bajrang Das of the local Mandpur Matth had decided to bring villages separated by the Indergarh hill range 
closer.

Around 2,000 devotees from 14 panchayats have volunteered to complete the pending work in the valley. After the completion of the construction work being done, the path of about half a dozen villages to the main town will reduce to 3 kms from 30 kms. Baba Das also demanded the construction of roads from the government, but it was ignored.

A devotee Sandeep Purohit said, “We will fulfill the promise made by baba to the residents of 35 gram panchayats. The construction work will not be stopped until it gets completed.” The villagers also displayed their anger towards the government for not taking any step regarding construction of the path.

Another devotee Ramavtar said, “All the devotees have pledged that the completion of the valley work will be the true tribute to Baba Das.” Speaking on the matter, District Head of Gurjar Community Devlal Chandna said, “The devotees will not wait for government’s support and will complete the construction work themselves.”

Ward Councilor Mukesh Madhvani said that Baba had selected this way to help the residents of dozens of village situated near the hill. But, due to government’s negligence, the word could not get completed in 20 years. Madhvani has also blamed the ministers of the area for the same.

Now, it will be seen in the upcoming elections that which public representatives work to claim the construction of the path, or will the work be completed by the devotees and villagers.
