Boy taking Blue Whale Challenge rescued

A 16-year-old student from Jaipur was rescued by the police from going through with the Blue Whale Challenge on Friday.

The child had completed five tasks and was set to take on another when the police found out about it. They had been looking for the boy since August 21, when he fled to Mumbai to complete a challenge.

During investigation the team questioned the school administration and the child's friends. "It was then that the cops learnt about the child's involvement in the Blue Whale Challenge. His mobile location was found to be in Mumbai. We found him at Churchgate," officials said.

The minor left the house for school in the morning. "When he did not return , the parents lodged a missing complaint was registered. The child is being brought to Jaipur now.
