The occasion of the death anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya was observed all over the state by BJP as ‘Sacrifice Day’.
State General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party Bhajan Lal Sharma said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two-day tour of Rajasthan. On the other hand, the National President of BJP Amit Shah will be on a one-day visit of the state. PM Modi will address the General Assembly in Tonk and Churu on February 23 and 26, respectively. Shah will be addressing the workers of Shakti Kendras of Jaipur city, Jaipur rural and Sikar Lok Sabha constituencies on February 18.
The occasion of the death anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya was observed all over the state by BJP as ‘Sacrifice Day’. On the occasion, a large number of devotees offered wreaths on his statute at the National Memorial. The discussions will be organised on the concepts of ideology on rural development on March 10, Indian education policy on April 7, cultural nationalism on May 26. Indian indigenous system on June 30.
To mark sacrifice day, a programme was organised at the BJP state office, in which State Organisation General Secretary Chandra Shekhar addressed the public as the main speaker. Chandra Shekhar said that the conditions of the country were different at the time of the birth of Pandit Deendayal. He had inspired the youth to do something for the country. The BJP central and state governments are moving forward by adopting his ideologies.
Chandra Shekhar added that all should pledge on sacrifice day to dedicate our thoughts on the basis of conceptual values and put the idea in use for the development of public. Many dignitaries of BJP were also present on the occasion. A meeting of Jaipur rural was also organised on the day.
