A: I was given party work at the Rajya Sabha and also in various states across the country. While representing my party in Parliament, I had the honour of initiating debates on important occasions like President’s address, ministerial debates and Budget debate. I have been chairman of 12 Parliamentary committees that formulated important bills. I have worked as the chairman of the standing committee of law and justice and am currently chairman of FRDI JPC. This has been a great political and social learning experience.
A: I have raised issues like relief through NDRF, drought relief, irrigation, Rajasthani language, health and railways with regard to the state. I have a connect with Ajmer and schemes like Prasad and Smart City heritage scheme during my tenure. Local demands related to the railway station, hospital, girl’s education, college auditoriums were completed. I have prepared a booklet of every rupee spent from my MP LAD fund and will release it soon.
A: The party is deliberating on the defeat. The schemes of the Central government have been well implemented in Rajasthan. If at all there has been a lack of dialogue with the public, we will address it in the next six months. The public has faith in us and we will not let them down.
A: BJP will definitely win the next elections in Rajasthan. It will be a BJP government once again.
A: I don’t decide my role. The party decides what responsibility it wishes to give me. My role is to perform to the best of my abilities in the interest of my party. I am a committed worker of the BJP.
