In yet another exciting Indian Premier League (IPL) encounter, Delhi Daredevils pulled off an impressive win against the Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) at the Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi on Friday.
Needing 169 to win, RPS looked on course to become the second team after Mumbai Indians to make it to the IPL 2017 playoffs, but a few timely blows by DD sealed their fate.
If Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) lose to Gujarat Lions on Saturday, RPS will be automatically through. But if SRH win, then the match between RPS and Kings XI Punjab will be a virtual quarter-final.
