The supreme court may de-freeze accounts of the Sahara group to let it raise rupees 10,000 crore as bail amount.

The company claimed facing troubles in raising the amount the court demanded. The  SEBI (Securities and Exchange board) had repeatedly asked Sahara chief Subrata Roy to refund it's investors a sum of rupees 20,000 crore and when he failed to do so.
