Kanpur encounter: Two criminals killed, weapons recovered

Two criminals were killed in the ongoing Kanpur encounter where 8 policemen were killed while raiding house of history-sheeter Vikas Dubey in Bikaru village on July 03. While speaking to ANI, the Inspector General (IG) of Kanpur Range, Mohit Agarwal said, 'Today morning we have killed two criminals and have recovered weapons from their custody which they have used during last night encounter. 1 pistol which was looted by them from one of our cop was also recovered. Our two police officers also got injured.' 'There is possibility that three more criminals are hiding in jungles and police is searching for them in the combing operation,' he added.
