Fire personnel dies after being trapped in hole during rescue operation in Pune
Five people including fire brigade personnel were trapped in a hole in Pune. Fire brigade personnel had gone there to rescue a person who had fallen into the hole. The hole was dug for a drainage line in Dapodi area of Pune. Speaking on it, Municipal Commissioner of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Shravan Hardikar said, “Fire brigade official Vishal Jadhav who had gone to rescue the man who was trapped, has been succumbed to injuries. Further investigation is underway.”
