Smoking ban is welcome
The ban on smoking is welcome. But there has to be a proper check on its implementation. Smoking is a matter of personal liberty and so it is to remain a non-smoker. So when a smoker smokes in public he is infringing on the liberty of a non-smoker by forcing him or her to be passive smokers.
