Consider non-smokers’ interests too
I’m an occasional smoker and may have reservations about the smoking ban in public places. But we should consider interests of non-smokers too. I avoid smoking in a public place and in a gathering, I always seek permission from others if I want to smoke. I support the ban on smoking in pubs and discos, since it makes the place claustrophobic. But bans may not help. Child labour is banned, but still practised.
