Yes Bank offers highest number of jobs at IIMA on Saturday

On the fourth cluster of the cohort based placement at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) on Saturday, Yes Bank emerged as the largest recruiter of the day. Other companies like Cognizant and Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG) and Ispat Industries were also present at the campus to recruit the PGP students of the institute.

While Yes Bank made 13 job offers including laterals and finals and turned out as the top recruiter of the day, leading steel maker, Ispat Industries also marked its presence by making 8 offers.
Member, Student Placement Committee at IIMA, Mansi Chitali said, "The placements for the fourth cluster began with group discussions on Friday and concluded on Saturday. The entire process went off smoothly."

 "The new process was great. We found the students to be very intelligent and enthusiastic and they were able to think out of the box" said Dr. Kailash Chapatwala, President HR, Ispat Industries. Other companies such as Cognizant and Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG) also made various offers for different roles to the PGP students.

Several students with existing offers took part in the interview sessions with their favourite firms in the fourth cluster and the trend is likely to continue over the next few clusters. The placement process will continue for another couple of weeks.
