As soon as the House met for the day, RJD president Lalu Prasad demanded the tabling of the report.

This instantly sparked protests from BJP members led by Ananth Kumar and Gopinath Munde.

Prasad was supported by Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav even as the treasury benches watched the argument silently.

Amid the din, speaker Meira Kumar ordered that all remarks made by all members on the subject be expunged and carried on with question hour.
