Two Ajmer blast accused sent to 15-day judicial custody

A local court today sent two persons, arrested for their alleged involvement in the 2007 Ajmer Dargah blast, to 15-day judicial custody.
 
CJM Ratan Lal Moond sent Mukesh Vasni and Harshad Bhai Solanki to 15 days of judicial custody and fixed December 7 as the next date of hearing.
 
The duo was arrested by Rajasthan ATS from Gujarat in connection with the Dargah blast, which killed three persons and left 15 injured.
 
While Vasani -- an anti-cow slaughter activist -- was arrested from Godhra town on November 3, Solanki alias Munna alias Raj alias Daadhi Bhai was arrested in Vadodara on November 1.
 
Solanki, according to police, was also involved in the 2002 Best Bakery riot case in Vadodara and had been absconding since 2004.
 
The state ATS had filed a charge sheet before the court of the Additional CJM here on October 22 against Chandra Sekhar Lave, Devender Gupta, Lokesh Sharma, Sandeep Dange and Ramji Kalsangre.
 
While Lave, Gupta and Sharma are in judicial custody, Dange and Ramji Kalsangre remain to be traced.
 
A senior RSS leader Indresh Kumar also figured in the 806-pages charge sheet.
