The Gujarat cops are on the lookout for the man who has established a well-oiled network that deals in inter-state stolen cars. Daluram Suthar is believed to be the kingpin of stolen car deals in Rajasthan. A team of DCP squad-1 had gone to Rajasthan to get more leads in a case after it arrested two people who stole SUV's and bikes and sold them in Rajasthan. Reliable sources said that Suthar acts as an agent to sell stolen cars.  "Suthar is a history-sheeter and is wanted in many cases.

He acts as an agent to sell cars stolen from Gujarat," the source said. "Suthar generally calls vehicle thieves near the Sanchor-Bademar route in Rajasthan. He then takes delivery of the stolen car and sells it off immediately to his customers," the source said.

The source further said that often the customer is called to the same spot once the deal is struck between Suthar and the vehicle thieves. Suthar's father works with the railways and he has a house in Khadim village.
