Will Sathya Sai Baba take rebirth in Karnataka? This is the question everyone’s is asking here. Baba devotees are confident that Sathya Sai Baba will definitely be reborn. But ask them when, and nobody is sure about the date.
As Sathya Sai Baba had declared on July 6, 1963 that he will take rebirth as Prema Sai in the Mandya district of Karnataka but without specifying any date.
According to local devotee Ramulu, “Baba will not leave his devotees alone. As it was believed Baba will have to live till 2024. After that he will take rebirth. Now he has died 10 years earlier. So till 2024 his soul will not leave Prashanti Nilayam, Puttaparthi. After that he will take rebirth to serve mankind.”
A family in Mysore has claimed that Baba’s rebirth as Prema Sai will place in 2012 near Ambegala Krishna temple at Doddamallur, Maddur taluk in Mandya district.
Baba had said Prema Sai would be the third incarnation of Shirdi Sai Baba and would be an embodiment of Shiva and Shakti. Shiva as Shirdi Sai baba, Pravathi embodied in Sri Sathya Baba and Shakti embodied in Prema Sai.
Devotees and Sathya Sai Seva Dal members asserted that incarnation of Shirdi Sai Baba as Sathya Sai Baba and that he would reappear as Prema Sai.
“I am a devotee of Sai Baba for three decades. I believe Shirdi Sai Baba took rebirth as Sathya Sai Baba and he will reappear as Prema Sai” said Sathyanarayana, a member of Sathya Sai Seva Samathi.
Mark Houlahan, an Australian devotee, said, “For 18 years I am a devotee of Baba. He gave me everything and he is god and there is no death for God. He has already taken two births. He will reappear on earth in the form of man to serve mankind,” Mark Houlahan, an Australia devotee, said. “I am writing a book titled “Unveiling the illusions’, which is in final stage and in which have narrated how Baba transformed my life and about his rebirth. As lakhs of devotees believe, Baba will definitely take rebirth.”
“Without God no world exists. Like that Shirdi Sai is one of the avataras of God. He will return in the form of Prema Sai” said the priest of the Amma Sathyam temple in Puttaparthi.
